Concept Project

SALT is an art foundation that is focused on cultivating programs that promote research and experimental thinking. On the top floor of its main exhibition building on Istiklal Street the houses an experimental space called “salt garden”. It was first created by the artist Fritz Haeg, spontaneously and with found objects. PATTU proposed a design to address irrigation, shade and programming issues.  The design included an irrigation infrastructure as well as flexible programming and participatory design through workshops and usage of recycled materials.
